Your first appointment
An initial appointment to understand goals, history and the right program. We come to you or see you in clinic.

Tailored program
An individualised plan built around your goals, not a template. Delivered at your pace, in clinic or community.

Progress report
Referring GPs and coordinators receive a written progress report at program completion, closing the clinical loop.

We support clients with motor vehicle accident claims.
Medicare & DVA
We accept Medicare GP Chronic Condition Management Plans (formerly EPCs), with or without a concession card, as well as DVA Gold and White Card GP referrals.
Private
We work with all private health funds for eligible rebates.
