Occupational Therapy

Practical, person-centred occupational therapy to help you live, work and participate the way you want to.

About Occupational Therapy

At MPOT, our Occupational Therapists support people of all ages to build the skills, confidence, and independence needed to participate in the activities that are meaningful to them. Whether at home, school, work, or in the community, we take a person-centred approach to help individuals achieve their goals and maximise their quality of life. We work collaboratively with participants, families, support networks, and other professionals to develop practical, evidence-based solutions that promote participation, safety, and wellbeing.

Our Occupational Therapists provide assessment, intervention, education, and recommendations tailored to each individual's strengths, needs, and goals, helping them to engage more independently in everyday life.
