Exercise Physiology
Evidence-based exercise programs designed for real bodies, real lives and real conditions.

About Exercise Physiology
At MPOT, our Accredited Exercise Physiologists (AEPs) provide individualised, evidence-based exercise programs to help people improve their health, function, and quality of life. We support individuals living with disability, chronic health conditions, neurological conditions, and injuries to build strength, mobility, balance, endurance, and confidence in movement.
Working collaboratively with participants, families, support teams, and other health professionals, our Exercise Physiologists design tailored programs that promote independence, reduce the risk of injury and falls, manage pain and fatigue, and support participation in meaningful daily activities, work, sport, and the community. Whether your goal is to improve physical function, maintain independence, or enhance overall wellbeing, our team is here to help you move with confidence.
