Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about accessing MPOT services, funding and appointments.

Do I need a referral to access MPOT services?
Not always. Many of our services can be accessed directly, while some funding pathways (e.g. Medicare, insurers) require a GP or specialist referral. Get in touch and we'll point you in the right direction.
Is MPOT covered by NDIS, Medicare or private health?
We work across NDIS, workers compensation, CTP, life insurance, Medicare care plans, DVA and private clients. Fees and rebates depend on your funding, we'll confirm everything before your first appointment.
Where do appointments take place?
We see clients in clinic, at home, in the community, in schools and in workplaces, whatever works best for your goals and circumstances.
How quickly can I be seen?
We aim to make contact within two business days of your enquiry or referral and book an initial appointment as soon as possible.
